The concept of stewardship is rooted in the understanding that all that we are, and all that we have, comes from God.

Stewardship is a response of discipleship, a way of living that honors our relationship with God using our time, our talents, our money and our relationships.

The stewardship journey is one of struggle, hope, faith, trust and transformation. At Charlton Church, we strive to provide a wide variety of opportunities for our church family to invest themselves in service to God and one another.

We never seem to have enough time.  This is why it is so important to make every possible effort to use our time wisely and unselfishly.  At Charlton Church, we strive to provide opportunities for our church family to reach out and help our brothers and sisters in need.

Whether it is singing, dancing, acting, sewing, cooking, building something, or even just listening ... there's a place for you at Charlton Church to use your talents as we serve God by touching the lives of people in our community.

Invest using our money ...
Charlton Church is a mission-oriented church.  In addition to our own local ministries and programs, we also support many missions and outreach programs as part of the United Methodist 'connectional' system.  This allows us to be the hands of God reaching out to hurting people around the world, whenever and wherever it is needed. 

Invest using our relationships ...
Jesus taught us to "love one another, just as I have loved you" and to "love your neighbor as yourself".  At Charlton Church, we understand that this is not always easy.  But it IS what we are called to do.  Building healthy relationships with each other gives us the strength and wisdom we need to be a follower of Christ in today's world.
