Richard Avery wrote the lyrics for the hymn "We Are the Church" that says "I am the church, you are the church; we are the church together." It also says "the church is not a building, the church is not a steeple, the church is not a resting place, the church is a people."

The life of any church family is all about connecting. Connecting with God, and connecting with people.

The Fellowship programs at Charlton Church are an integral part of our ministry helping people to connect with one another. We strive to provide a wide variety of opportunities for people of all ages to share their spiritual journeys with one another.

Whether you're looking for children's programs, youth classes, family events or gatherings for senior citizens, you're sure to find a home at Charlton Church.

FELLOWSHIP GROUPS

KIDs CLUB is the Sunday morning program for children age 4 thru grade 5.

KID'S NIGHT OUT is a monthly outreach to the families of our community that provides an evening of VBS-like activities and games for kids age 4 thru grade 5.

IGNITING THE FIRE is the ministry to the youth of Charlton and our community. Their schedule changes according to the needs of the group.

HOT TOPIX DISCUSSION GROUP meets on the second Thursday of the month for an evening meal in a local restaurant, as members share their perspectives on what is being highlighted in the news and how it relates to their spiritual journey.

CHUM 55+ is the senior ministry open to all people in our community age 55 and older. They meet once a month for fellowship, a luncheon, and entertainment. Bus trips are held seasonally to visit local venues of interest.

MEET 'n' EAT meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at a local restaurant. This is simply a time of fellowship for our church family and their friends, with no program or planned discussion.

The MEN'S BREAKFAST GROUP meets Wednesday mornings at 7:30 am at a local diner.

LADIES' and MEN'S LUNCHEONS are also held on the second Tuesday of the month.
